Also, regarding food culture, it\u2019s well-known that the taste of the dipping sauce of the udon, the tsuyu, is strong in the East, while it is weak in the West.<\/p>\r\n<p>If you ask the question \u201cif you say meat, what meat do you think of?\u201d to a Japanese person in the East, they will reply \u201cpork\u201d, but if you ask the same question in the West, they will answer \u201cbeef\u201d. Isn\u2019t it interesting?<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>\u00a0Another funny trait is the way people from eastern and western Japan stand on escalators.
