The festival of Suwa-jinjya(Suwa Shinto Shrine) was held on Sunday Sept.15, in the Iidabashi school area in Bunkyo-ku.
There was “Mikoshi” (an antique small shrine to be carried) and more than 20 students and staff carried “Mikoshi”-full of vitality‐with local Japanese people.
They were invited for drinks and foods during small break. The students had experience of Japanese culture and commiunicated with friendly local people and enjoyed the traditional festival in Iidabashi area.
