【How to apply for the discount】

1. First thing, download the app!

ARC has released an app for Japanese language learning based on JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test).

2. Collect points on the app!

Earn points by practicing the language and invite friends!

3. Redeem the points to get the discounts!

APPLICATION FEE DISCOUNT CAMPAIGN

Target

Applicants for ARC study abroad programs.

Campaign period

Depending on the starting date of your Study Abroad, you can apply for the campaign on different periods.
Please use the benefits of the app during the following periods.

Applicants for April 2024 intake.	Not available
Applicants for July 2024 intake.	Until March 14, 2024
Applicants for October 2024 intake.	Until June 6, 2024
Applicants for January 2025 intake.	Until September 10, 2024
Applicants for April 2025 intake.	Until November 21, 2024

How to use the campaign

1. You can issue the discount coupon on the app.

From the top right Menu > Display the points > Select the [Get coupon] button.

2. A [Coupon Code] will be issued: please communicate the code to ARC staff.

Discount information

1,000 Points	Application fee discount: 10,000 JPY
2,000 Points	Application fee discount: 20,000 JPY
3,000 Points	Application fee discount: 30,000 JPY

Notes

The coupon is a discount on the study abroad application fee for students who apply to a study abroad program at one of ARC schools. You are not eligible for the discount if you are not going to apply to the study abroad program at our school.

The discount can only be used by the students themselves. It cannot be transferred to someone else. To apply the discount, we will use the real name as reference for the coupon code, so if haven’t registered your real name in the app yet, please change your username.

Once it is issued, the coupon is valid for one year. It will automatically expire if there is no inquiry after the deadline.

This is a discount on ARC original textbooks for ARC students. If you are not an ARC student you will not be eligible for this discount.

Textbooks can be purchased at ARC schools (ARC Tokyo Japanese Language School, ARC Academy Shinjuku School, ARC Kyoto Japanese Language School). We shall not mail textbooks.

If the coupon amount exceeds the textbook price, there will be no refund of the difference.

The coupon is valid for one year. It will automatically expire after the deadline if there is no communication from the student.
